We are a student-run organization dedicated to serving and helping under-privileged and under-served youth and their communities. Through presentations, medical examinations, outreach activities, and more, we aim to address childhood malnutrition, visual health, oral health, and cardiac health. We strive to provide the support and resources needed to foster long-term well-being for those who might otherwise go without.
Junior Care Clinic serves Bay Area communities through specialized committees that directly interact with the community.
Medical
The Medical Committee promotes health equity with free screenings, first aid training, and healthcare lessons, empowering underserved communities while fostering awareness and interest in compassionate, educational healthcare careers.
Public Health
The Public Health Committee promotes nutrition, wellness, and mental health education through engaging school presentations and activities, empowering students from elementary to high school to make healthy, informed lifestyle choices.
Vision
The Vision Committee partners with schools and community events to provide free eye exams, educate families, and guide them toward affordable, efficient care, ensuring children maintain healthy eyesight and access to necessary vision services in the future.
Dental
The Dental Committee promotes oral health across the East Bay through school partnerships, interactive education, and distributing oral health kits, fostering awareness, improving access, and building lifelong dental hygiene habits in underserved communities.
