Recruitment Timeline
Application Opens: August 28
Phoenix Pre-Med Club Night: August 27
Infosession 1 & 2: Aug 31 & Sep 2
Infosession are a great way to learn about all the ways to join our clubs and hear from our members and there experiences. The first hours is dedicated to learning about the club and the logistics of applying. The second hour will give any individual time to ask one on one questions with anyone on board. Infossesions 1 and 2 cover the same information so no need to come to both.
Coffee Chats: Aug 31 - Sep 3
Coffee chats are informal, one-on-one or small-group conversations with JCC members. They’re a chance for prospective members to ask questions about the club, DeCal, committees, and application process in a relaxed setting. If you are interested in the DeCal it is highly recommended that you do ONE coffee chat.
